Admissions - Shine University

The admission Application form (Annexure-I) & and Declaration form (Annexure-II) can be obtained from the admission offices or can be downloaded from the Institution website.

The filled Enrollment form (Annexure-I) & Declaration form (Annexure-II) with the Demand Draft of Programme fee and Course fee can be submitted to the Admission offices listed in the institution website Students who are unable to reach the admission offices residing in the Country/ Abroad desirous to join any of the Programme of this Institution are advised to send the filled Enrollment form (Annexure-I) & Declaration form (Annexure-II) along with the Demand Draft of programme fee through Registered Post / Courier to the Administration office of this university.

Applicants should go through the rules and regulations of this institution carefully before filling in the Application Form and enter correctly the Programme code and the name of the programme.

Application for the admission will be summarily rejected if any discrepancies are found at a later date between the information furnished in the application and supporting documents, such as name of the applicant, date of birth etc and if any untrue information is brought to notice with in stipulated period after admission the same can be rectified.

Recent passport size photographs should be pasted on the Enrollment form on the space provided and 3 Passport Size Photographs should be enclosed with the Enrollment form.

Self attested photocopy of the marks memo and certificates should be enclosed with the application form for admission.

Admissions cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Candidates / Students who are concerned about statutory recognition need not apply for the Program.

Students who have grievances are advised to write only to The Director of Shine University, giving their Name, Enrolment Number, Course of study etc., in the format provided Annexure-V for speedy Redressal. The students are advised not to write to any other officials of the Shine university regarding any Grievance.

Disputes

Any dispute arising in any or all matters including admission, sending of study materials, personal contact program, examination, remittance of fees, etc., the aggrieved shall send a written Representation to the Director of Shine University for action and he shall alone have jurisdiction over subject on all said disputes / claims in course of activities of Institution.

All disputes relating to admission, study, examination, issue of results, marks statements certificates and etc etc are governed by Civil Laws and Civil Courts only subject to Andaman and Nicobar Jurisdiction.

For all said purposes, this Institution shall always sue & be sued - upon represented by its Director and thus no such legal proceedings shall be against any other Authorities / Officials of the Shine University.

Note:

Shine University reserves the right to alter, add, interpret any of the provisions contained in the Prospectus / Information Brochure / Website, and it cannot be quoted for any sanction.

Notwithstanding the information given in the Prospectus / Information Brochure / Website, the Shine University has the ultimate right to decide any issue as per its rules and regulations.

Shine University or the Director or the Examinations In charge are not responsible for the loss of or delay in the delivery of postal articles including original Titles, Diplomas or Certificates sent by the Directorate of Shine University
